To process this, we require a detailed description of the issue. If the issue is consistently reproducible and cannot be resolved, we will offer a refund. Note: Refunds for technical issues are only possible when sufficient information is provided regarding how the issue was created.

Misrepresentation: If the product you purchased does not match the description provided, you may be eligible for a refund. A product is considered “misrepresented” if its functionality differs from what was described. However, subjective opinions on the quality or appearance of an item do not constitute misrepresentation.
Refunds Will Not Be Processed For

- Finding another product you prefer after purchase.
- Lack of expertise to use the product.
- Not having the required software to open or edit the product.
- Accidental purchases that were downloaded.
- Personal opinions on the quality of the product.
- Issues related to slow or unstable internet connections preventing you from downloading the product.
- Intended use of the product outside our license agreement.
- Claims of technical issues without sufficient evidence.
- Purchases made over 15 days ago.
- Completion of the course and requesting a refund, as our digital products are considered consumed after access.
- Any instances where a significant portion of the course has already been accessed or completed.
- Failing to review course content descriptions and requirements before purchase.
All refunds are at the sole discretion of PixelAI Labs.

Important: Accounts associated with any credit card chargebacks will be permanently closed, and access to previous purchases will be revoked. Any credit card disputes will result in the automatic disabling of your account until the dispute is resolved.

I filed a dispute via my credit card company. Why haven’t I gotten a response?
The best way to address purchase issues is by contacting us directly via our Support page. Any disputes filed through credit card companies will automatically disable your account until resolved. We are happy to resolve duplicate purchases and other issues, but you must contact us directly.
What if I filed a chargeback by accident?
Please contact your bank or card issuer to rescind the chargeback. Once the chargeback has been removed, we can reopen your account.
I didn’t file a chargeback! Why is my account closed?
Sometimes, if a card is canceled due to being lost, stolen, or reported for fraudulent activity, all transactions within a specific period may be marked as “fraudulent.” If this applies to you, please contact your bank or card issuer to rescind the chargeback.
