Important:
Accounts associated with any credit card chargebacks will be permanently closed, and access to previous purchases will be revoked. Any credit card disputes will result in the automatic disabling of your account until the dispute is resolved.
I filed a dispute via my credit card company. Why haven’t I gotten a response?
The best way to address purchase issues is by contacting us directly via our Support page. Any disputes filed through credit card companies will automatically disable your account until resolved. We are happy to resolve duplicate purchases and other issues, but you must contact us directly.
What if I filed a chargeback by accident?
Please contact your bank or card issuer to rescind the chargeback. Once the chargeback has been removed, we can reopen your account.
I didn’t file a chargeback! Why is my account closed?
Sometimes, if a card is canceled due to being lost, stolen, or reported for fraudulent activity, all transactions within a specific period may be marked as “fraudulent.” If this applies to you, please contact your bank or card issuer to rescind the chargeback.
